  May 1, 2024 - Extremely complex aroma of citrus zest, herbs and some candied lemon. Lemon, apricot and honeysuckle flavors with a long stone fruit finish. Light and elegant in style but also powerful with tons of flavor. Intense mineral backbone. Fresh and well balanced. This is exceptionally tasty and unique.
