  May 5, 2024 - At Schwarzer Adler in Vogtsburg. Dark forest honey and hazelnuts and toffee. Candid stone fruit and apricot. Dense with quite some weight to it on the palate, further nutty elements and nice acidity. Oxidative style, not necessarily my taste to be honest, although there is a place for this if you have a sophisticated, off-piste kind of palate.
