  May 10, 2024 - A super bottle on a sunny Friday evening, for Joy's birthday. Lots of bread dough on the nose, and some zesty flashes here and there. More exciting when drunk: it's a delicious wine and beautifully evolved, like wallowing in a giant vanilla cloud. Some elderflower and blood orange, too, and then an extremely long, politely insistent finish. Quintessential fine BdB.
