May 10, 2024 - Sourced from Turley's organic, dry-farmed Estate Vineyard, this wine (100% Sauvignon Blanc) was aged for approximately six months in neutral French oak barrels. Straw-colored and intensely aromatic, it offers a bouquet of white peaches, honeycrisp apples, pineapple, lemon verbena and a hint of freshly cut grass. Medium-bodied on the palate, it delivers flavors mirroring the aromas, adding notes of Mandarin oranges and wet stones. Vibrantly acidic, seamlessly alcoholic (13.4%) and with just the right amount of oak to add complexity and texture, it stays dense in the middle and concludes with a lengthy, energetic finish. This is a beautiful Sauvignon Blanc that checks all of the boxes. Enjoy it over the next 2-3 years. Enclosed with a Diam 10 cork. Drink now-2027.
