  May 10, 2024 - lifted, airy and sweet on the nose, crazy dry and tart on the palate
  
  cotton candy, pineapple, green apple, white peach, iris, a little sourdough and stone dust
  
  super zippy and tart, pithy and grippy, very mineral, luscious fruitiness darts out between the stones, but this is going to be austere for some palates
  
  loved it, makes me want oysters
  
  should be worth following at least a few years
