  May 10, 2024 - Nose: Salted lime juice, apples, flowers, faint diesel.
  Palate: Lime juice, lime zest, lime oil, salt. Finish is flowers, apple pulp, and a mineral character. Medium body, shockingly high acidity, just enough RS to balance.
