  May 11, 2024 - Gold /Straw in color. Aroma is of flint, Apple and some grass notes.
  A touch of a sparkle on the tongue. Palate follows Aroma with some white pepper as well as the vegetal notes. High to almost bracing acidity. Finish is nice. Enjoying with a triple cream brie and it's a perfect match
