  May 12, 2024 - Decanted 2.5hrs before serving & really started giving closer to 4hrs. Bright sour cherry, strawberry, citrus peel, hot asphalt, flower petals. Mouth filling with elevated acid & tannins providing great structure. Food friendly, paired well with a heavier tomato based dish, last half glass was quite grippy & challenging without it.
