  May 12, 2024 - Healthy, but at the end of its run. Primary fruit flavors to start followed by a delightful walnut and woody aroma. A bit unbalanced on the finish (too hot), but faint tannins made this go well with a smoked blue cheese. Don’t keep any longer, consume now.
