  May 14, 2024 - 💭 2019 Bodegas Emilio Moro Tempranillo Ribeira Del Duero. 100% Tempranillo. Notes of dried garden herbs, and red fruits. Still young, grippy tannins, medium plus body, with bright acidity. Best to pair with a meat dish such as a steak . It would be better after aging for a few years to round up its acidity and tannins.

Encore jeune, tanins adhérents, moyennement corsé, avec une acidité vive. Idéal pour accompagner un plat de viande comme un steak. Il sera préférable après quelques années de vieillissement d'arrondir son acidité et ses tanins.
