  September 14, 2009 - Decanted 1 hr. I was surprised, no shocked at how disjointed this was for the first hour. All I could smell and taste was the alcohol and jellied fruit. An hour later somewhat brought this into focus, though it never really gained in any complexity of note. Pretty raspberry coulis flavors paired with a somewhat dominant oak signature brought out a passable beverage, nothing more.
