  February 23, 2006 - Solid Loire Chenin Blanc...I am not overly experienced with Loire wines but my feeling is food pairing is extremely important to enjoying Loire wihites. Tonight paired with a simple chicken stir fry with olives, red bell peppers and tons of flavors...worked great the acid backbone to the wine really shined with the meal. A simple wine paired with a simple meal really worked. Not bad for $10 wine!
