  October 11, 2009 - Pale greenish gold color in the glass. Lots of fresh apple and peach in the nose. Great fruit flavor on top of some minerality. Great acid to balance things out. Still fresh and young and delicious. Drank with a lightly spiced pork tenderloin with an apple cider and pomegranate sauce for an almost perfect match.
