  February 27, 2006 - Cheval Blanc with Brad England and Scott Manlin: Red color turning slightly orange at the rim. Amazing nose. Very earthy and exotic. The wine is medium bodied and balanced in the mouth. The taste is more earthy elements than fruit. The finish is very elegant (not tannic) and lingers nicely. This was retasted much later (after dinner) and was still showing strongly. A very enjoyable wine that is showing great right now.
