  October 25, 2009 - Very, very good Cali Cab...but would not have thought this was a cab by the nose and palate. This had a nose of a very good Aussie Shiraz. Think Lilys Garden style. Deep, dark and complex. Needed about an hour to tone down....but then was explosive in the glass. The tannins are stong...but kept in check. A very good wine that should love some cellar time. 2010 or 2011.
