  December 10, 2009 - Pop and pour. Dark coloring, typical mountain fruit, a little heavy at first but opening up within an hour to a fruit-driven but well-balanced wine. Some of the bottle held overnight developed a slight astringent note, but the bottle wasn't gassed off, just restuffed with its cork.
