Most likely the most balanced Syrah I have EVER had from CA. Could be mistaken for northern Rhone in style. "Feels" cool climate, like these grapes had to struggle to get really ripe. Then again, I haven't seen this Que Syrah vineyard - it could be warmer than this wine shows. Great, great, memorable Syrah! ***** out of *****.
