  January 23, 2010 - On the nose quite a lot of primary fruit left, cassis and cherry (consistent with my last note). Quite refreshing minty odors intermingle. On the palate mouthcoating tannins still there which suggest another 5 years staying at that level. Got better and better with food (slow simmererd sirloin steak with a port fig reduction).
