  January 30, 2010 - Creamy and spicey in mid-'90s; yummy with lobster salad in 2002; last one was characteristically pure with exotic fruits like mango and pineapple. Like all ZHs this is a food wine; married beautifully with scallops in a basil cream sauce. I wouldn't wait any longer.
