  January 30, 2010 - Opened 30+ mins before tasting. Was having it at home pairing with Prime Sirloin. Dark colour, very floral and nose of dark fruits. Came across very sweet and a little jammy when paired with the steak. Easy to drink with a bit of spice on the backend. There's still tannins there.
  Another hour later, the wine settled down more. The fruit and tannins have integrated making it a nice wine - not overly complex but can see this being very popular at a party. Am corking it and will try again tomorrow. Decent QPR at $15, great at $12 on Cindy
