  February 7, 2010 - bright sweet plum and currant nose; potent bright very sweet black currant, plum, tobacco, kirsch notes; good structure with enough acidity and tannic backbone to carry this off; more round over time but still potent and can easily be held; easliy handles thru the bbq ribeye; nice balance and one of my fave pride vintages. day 3 more heat at the finish so less enjoyable; should decant due to significant sediment.
