(That's a flask with a frosted glass stopper, sized so 375 ml has no air in the bottle.) 48 hrs later this was smokin'. Lots of black fruit balanced by acid & tannins. Went well with grilled lamb burgers spiced with basil & garlic.Much more food friendly than Carnival of Love, say. Double decant cold for at least a day based on this data point.
