March 11, 2010 - Potent nose, floral accents with cherry body. Bitter and acidic in the palate but finishes with strong tannin and complex enough to keep me interested. Will only get better with age....
2nd Night (Vacuum Pump Sealed) - Delicious! This wine really settled down overnight. Less bitter in the palate and smoother on the finish. Loved it!6,102 views
