  July 13, 2010 - Honey oak gold. Sappy, developed nose of creme brulee, petrol, baked apple, coconut. The wine's original sweetness has dropped out and is replaced with a fully matured Mosel spatlese melange: hint of apple sherry acid, good body, flavors echo the nose with nutmeg added. Bottle #12 of twelve. Goodbye old friend, you were the wine that introduced me to fine Piesporter.
