  July 14, 2010 - Like the others said, it take a little time for this wine to breathe. But after a while, it is pretty darn good. Great with steaks and red meat. Have had two bottle already and have experienced the same thing both times. Don't just pop the cork and drink it. Give it about 2 hours to breathe first.
