  July 18, 2010 - Juicy sweet tobacco, green pepper and watermelon jolly rancher nose, really dry..may be because of the dark chocolate we are having but still a bit tannic for me at this stage. Mid palate lacking but a sweet tasty finish that sticks. Not sure the tannins will soften in a way I'd like, will drink the rest young.
