  August 19, 2010 - Decanted for one hour...was not enough. The first night there was no fruit adn just earty and tobacco notes. The second night (just put the cork in overnight) there was an overwheming amount of fruit, very sweet and tart. I have two more bottles, and will not open another one for years.
