  November 14, 2004 - Wow, either this has shut down hard, or it is showing the true nature of a Kabinett. Lean, mean, steely and dripping with minerals, this was much drier and leaner than I ever recall. I mean, really, really lean! I wonder, is this just closed up, is it showing its true colors, or was the bottle perhaps lightly corked? (I couldn't find any in there.)
