  November 14, 2010 - Golden color; pain grille, very sl caramel, baked pear nose; rich full bodied melted butter- crying for poached lobster, ripe pear, baked apple flavors, mild allspice; great balance, acid not noticeable but there- otherwise the wine's full flavors would be overpowering, finish would not be as sharply drawn; long finish >45 sec of richness, creme brullee, vanilla.
  One of the most elegant California Chards I've ever had. But sadly, sliding over the hill now.
