  November 22, 2010 - Very pretty fruit forward nose of cassis, plum, some licorice and floral notes. Velvety on the pallate, and fairly good balance. The finish is bone dry and tannic. There is a touch of heat that shows up well after the pallate. Would score 1-2 points higher if not for this element. Excellent value for less than $17, I'm glad I bought a case.
