  December 5, 2010 - A wonderful surprise. A very strong effort from an entirely unknown (at least for me) 1er Cru field. Focused, mineral, but still open nose of lemon, crisp apples and a hint of honey. Mineral and focused palate. Classic Chablis with lovely acidity and decent length. Delicious. I wish I had a case of this.
