  December 24, 2010 - Decanted for 2 hrs and consumed over another 2 hrs. huge Cayuse funk on the nose that went away after about 2 hrs. Nose was pretty restrained at first but then opened up with bright raspberry and cranberry, while a ton of minerality. This wine has such a French feel to it, even more so than his syrahs. An interesting wine that needs a couple more years in the cellar I will give my other bottles another 4-5 years before popping another. I know Harvey isn't a fan of this wine, however I like for how unique and different it is from any thing else in Washington.
