  January 3, 2011 - A blend of 50% Malbec, 40% Syrah and 10% Petit Verdot fermented in stainless steel. Nice aromatic nose of jalapeño skin, watermelon and strawberry. The palate is intense with lots of bright citrus and tropical fruit. Fantastic searing acidity which is perfectly balanced with the fruit. This is what great Rosé should be, light, quaffable and fresh! Swig this right out of the bottle at the beach! This is a steal at $12 US. The closure is screw cap.
