  February 6, 2011 - Double decanted an left open for about 90 min before drinking; beautiful crystalline ruby color, very little nose beyond some dustiness; a very earthy, light, and almost-fruitless wine. The acidity was very bright and the forest floor flavors were appealing, but call me one of those heathens who likes a bit of cherry and spice in a Pinot.
