  February 21, 2011 - Strong red Tuscan Sangiovese based red. I opened the bottle 2 hours before tasting. Aromas typical of Sangiovese, bright cherry and dark plum. Slightly closed flavor of the same fruit, however, after another hour and even more so the next day, the palette expanded with a nice round fruit and vanilla oak finish. Can easily detect the luscious Cabernet tannins on the palette. nice spice on the back of the throat.
