    February 27, 2011 - Clearly past it's prime but still attractive. Deep, evolved golden yellow. Oily, somewhat oxidized fruit in the nose. A bit off-putting. A bit better in the mouth but still evident this should have been drunk a couple years ago. I'm hoping some of the worst of the oxidation will blow off, but not holding my breath. A testament that not all Chablis can age ten years-even a Premier Cru. 4-3-7-3: 67/100.
