  March 14, 2011 - I guess all of the glowing notes were right all along. Opened our first bottle of this beautifully crafted wine and enjoyed the heck out of it! As others have already mentioned, this Pinot Noir is a wonderful example of balance, with just the right level of acidity and earthiness to keep the dark cherry character from becoming obviously sweet. Pretty much everything comes together to make for an outstanding QPR. Only hitch with this wine is that we didn't purchase enough to last us for the next few years!
