  March 16, 2011 - Light green-gold color, chalky and citrusy aromas; with a bit of age, the semillon is more apparent, with wax bean tastes and texture combining with the acidity and herbal flavors from the sauvignon blanc. Well-balanced and drinkable now and may have another year or so before teh crispness begins to fade.
