  March 29, 2011 - - Crimsom color with slow forming legs. It's balanced and has flavours of blackberry with a light/medium body. Smooth texture with a medium finish - A nice wine. Nice, not great, not complex. Seems unlikely to get any better or develop more complexity. I think that is a function of the vintage rather than anything else. I hear their 05 is the best Cabernet they've ever made.
