  April 15, 2011 - Dinner with Lasse (My place): Medium red color. Compote of strawberry and rhubarb, and licorice on the full-throttle nose. Jammy, juicy red fruit on the palate, with loads of concentrated and intense strawberry, rhubarb and cherry, followed by licorice and chew tobacco on the finish. Great length.
