  September 2, 2006 - Upon first opening this bottle we poured a couple of glasses and thought that it was just 'ok'. We then put the bottle on the counter and forgot about it. Came back to it 5 hours later and the wine had become much better, with nice dark fruit flavors mixed with a touch of oak on the finish.
