  May 14, 2011 - Ethereal bouquet, balsamic and sweet with fully resolved tannins and potent acidity. This is the best bottle I've had in quite some time, with no hint of the funk that has plagued many. However, I do think that the wine is slightly declining now, as it just does not have the power that it once did. Probably time to drink these up.
