  May 22, 2011 - Dark garnet color, medium body, aromas of ripe black fruit and berries with a hint of vanilla; classic Unti Zin -- restrained and structured (as far as Zins go) with sark berry fruit, crackling pepper, and a slight bitterness on the finish. Delicious with food.
