  September 14, 2006 - A blood red/magenta in the nose. Stinky nose. Earth and tobacco. The fruit slowly come forward. It's a tough call upon tasting. Some earthiness and funkiness competes with vegetal and fruit flavors. Not very tannic. This is a good wine for some people. However, I think over time, the vegetal flavors are going to dominate this wine, and the fruit will all disipate.
