  July 9, 2011 - Consumed over 3-4 hours. Nose of muted tropical fruit, explodes on the palate with extraordinary grapefruit pith, citrus zest, bracing acidity and kaleidoscope of minerals minerals minerals that continues for 40+ seconds. I agree with other TNs that there is more residual sugar than a sec would ordinarily have, but certainly more sec territory than demi-sec and the acidity and balance are spot on. Beautiful now, but like many Huet's, will improve with cellaring. How can you possibly wait when it tastes this great already??
