  July 10, 2011 - Bottle 2 consumed in April of 2017 - nowhere near as good as the original bottle. It was stored in 56 degree cooler - and was a bit harsh. Definitely did not improve with age.
  
  Initial Bottle consumer in July of 2011 - OMG...this was so good for a $12 bottle. So many complex aromas and flavors. A bit of licorice stood out. I would love to be able to find more of this.
  The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It tastes like black pepper, petrol and stoniness. The body is medium/full. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity.
