  July 31, 2011 - Flavors of black cherry with a dark chocolate finish. Some tannins evident but in control. Full bodied and chewy. Good structure and well made. But overall flavors are dark and slightly muted. Good drinker and goes well with steak. Second day opened up a bit more.
