  Expressive apple and minerals on the Nose. Medium, persistent bead. Airy, rich, and well-defined on the palate. Lacking the cutting acidity of the best Champagnes; nonetheless, there's a lot of bang for your buck in this bottle of bubbly. Gut impression score: 90 - 92. This paired beautifully with a crab and cucumber appetizer.
