  August 11, 2011 - On the Initial nose lots of funk, decanted still pretty presistent
  
  On the Palate med+ acid, med body, med+ int, med+ finish
  Not a whole lot going on some citrus, some oak, some pear/apple combo
  
  Conc: For the age, the producer, I was disappointed
