  August 21, 2011 - Much better than the previous bottle. This was not a great rose, but rewarded saving the bottle for a year all the same. Essentially like the new vintage, only with the volume turned down (a good thing in the case of this wine). Missed the extra minerality that can come out in year-old versions of this wine.
